Filipi Pires
Founder & CEO
Filipi Pires is a cybersecurity leader, international speaker, and technology entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience across offensive security, identity security, and cloud security. He serves as Head of Technical Advocacy at SCYTHE, where he focuses on adversary emulation, breach and attack simulation, and helping organizations operationalize threat-informed defense.
As Founder and Investor at CROSS-INTEL, he leads a cybersecurity-first company built on offensive security, adversarial validation, and defensive operations, delivering Cybersecurity as a Service end to end: from continuous adversary emulation and SOC operations to penetration testing, threat intelligence, and vCISO leadership.
A recognized voice in the global security community, he speaks regularly at Black Hat USA, DEF CON, RSA Conference, Black Hat Middle East, and BSides events worldwide. He serves as Director of the Red Team Village at DEF CON and Organizer of BSides Porto.
His research focuses on identity-centric security, machine identity risks, cloud attack paths, and adversarial simulation. He is the creator of Drogonsec, an open-source security scanner designed for modern CI/CD pipelines.
He also serves as a professor in Master's degree programs in cybersecurity in Portugal and has taught university-level cybersecurity programs in Brazil, mentoring the next generation of security professionals.

Ana Pires brings over 25 years driving consultative sales for medium and large companies across LATAM, Brazil, and EMEA, with Top Performer, Top Revenue, and Top Solutions awards across roles at Dell, TrendAI, Accenture, where she drove partner growth for Google Cloud, and SCYTHE.
Across those roles one pattern kept repeating: companies scaling fast rarely know where their security gaps actually are, until it becomes an incident. That gap is why she founded CROSS-INTEL.
She leads commercial strategy at CROSS-INTEL, which operates as a full Cybersecurity as a Service partner: penetration testing, threat intelligence, SOC on demand, vCISO, and cloud access management, helping companies close security gaps before they become incidents.
